The Russells facing a long separation as George travels to America for a speaking tour

George is Traveling to America to visit YOU!

One of the most important jobs of any missionary is to return home and share the blessings of mission work with fellow Christians and give them the opportunity to get involved. Because of Christopher being in school, as well as Pauline's work at the Protagonist School, George will be making the trip alone this January, 2007.  The plan is for him to concentrate his visits in the western part of the United States, specifically California, Colorado and Wyoming.

The good news about this otherwise difficult situation is that George will be able to travel hard and fast to any place he is called to go to talk about Orthodox missions.  He is scheduled to arrive in America on Jan. 10th and will stay until February 28th.  That's almost 1.5 months and a good time for any parish to hear about Orthodox missionary work in general, and the Russell mission specifically.

George has spoken at many churches and Orthodox events, as well as specific lunches/dinners sponsored by people interested in supporting missions.  He comes prepared with a Power point presentation, a laptop, and a projector so that everyone can see the presentation clearly, even large groups.  The talk focuses on why missions are important in our faith and the work of the Orthodox Church of Albania.

If you are interested in having an Orthodox missionary speak at your church or event, we would be very grateful and blessed to have George visit you.  You can reach us via email or by phone.  All this information is on our contact page .
